Dr. Brenna Tindall & Associates is a comprehensive Forensic Consulting practice specializing in forensic evaluations, forensic-based trainings, and forensic consulting. Dr. Brenna Tindall has been practicing in the field for over 10 years and conducts a variety of evaluations such as psychological evaluations, diminished capacity, NGRI, competency, psychosexual, domestic violence, learning disability, cognitive, child contact screens, and trauma assessments. We work as mitigation experts as well and have assisted attorneys and clients in various capacities, helping advise mental health strategies, act as jury consultants, prepare clients and their families for the legal process, and review documents.
In addition to completing all types of forensic evaluations, Dr. Brenna Tindall & Associates employs a researcher, social worker, and legal consultant. The goal of Dr. Brenna Tindall & Associates is to help referral sources and private clients come up with the best strategy for each client, trial, hearing, or case. Rather than jumping into an evaluation, Dr. Tindall starts with a consultation to help come up with a customized strategy.
We offer three main types of services:
Forensic Evaluations
Evaluations of clients involved in the criminal justice system. These are conducted pre-plea, post-plea, or while serving a sentence.
Forensic Consulting
Consultation for clients or referral sources on how to develop a team of experts for the case, jury consulting, case consultation/formulation, strategies to determine the most appropriate type of evaluation, etc. Jury consulting and witness questioning preparation can also be part of this consulting process.
Forensic Trainings
Trainings on a variety of topics including Vicarious Trauma, Sex Trafficking, Domestic Violence/Sex Offense Crossover, Psychological Evaluations, Cumulative Career Traumatic Stress, How to build a private practice, etc.
